HIGH SCHOOL HONOR WIND QUINTET
A unique, five-week chamber experience!

A live performance opportunity hosted by West Music, Coralville.

Included 30-minute private lessons with members of the Wild Prairie Winds.
The chance to hone musical skills in a chamber music environment.
Improved confidence on your instrument.
Newly acquired skills such as teamwork, organization, perseverance, commitment, and more!
This opportunity is available to any interested high school musician who plays flute, oboe, clarinet, horn or bassoon and live within 60 miles of the Iowa City metro area (this includes the Quad Cities).
Interested students will need to fill out an application, which includes a recorded audition.
There will be no participation or application fee for 2022 thanks to our donors!
Rehearsals will be on Saturdays from 9-11AM starting on April 23rd and ending on May 21st. The rehearsals will be hosted at West Music in Coralville, and each rehearsal will be coached by a member of the Wild Prairie Winds.
The final performance will be on May 21st as part of a Wild Prairie Winds concert.
The application deadline is April 4th- notifications will be sent on April 9th along with the quintet parts for the first rehearsal.
